（中央社記者黃名璽台北15日電）立法院長王金平今天發布聲明，外界解讀王金平可能不會領表參與黨內初選，中國國民黨對此低調暫無回應。

王金平上午在立法院舉行記者會表示，聽到人民期待，但個人過去無法讓大家充分相信足以承擔大任，難滿足各方期待，除感激也表達歉意，為台灣下一代，更要當團結種子，避免社會被撕裂。

由於國民黨內總統初選領表到16日下午截止，王金平的說法被外界解讀為可能不會領表，對此，國民黨低調暫無回應。

國民黨內總統初選目前有立法院副院長洪秀柱、前行政院衛生署長楊志良，及前桃園市大園區公所主任秘書黃柏壽領表。17日及18日為登記日，國民黨堅持只要有兩人以上登記，初選機制一定走完。1040515
